This is the Grove House Executive Search contingent recruitment service for completing recruitment projects that do not require the level of resources allocated to our Executive Search business. However, the principles of service and delivery remain the same.
Generally drawn from advertising, and databases we have built up over time, we work with you to identify a strategy to attract the best talent as well as building a competency base that allows us to identify those candidates that are most likely to perform best in the role and within the team.
